| Learning many new things |
| "FortConsult is a technically exciting place to work where the decision process is short and the employees have a great influence on the development of the company. Our work is characterised by the fact that we have a lot of focus on achieving our strategic goals, whilst at the same time living up to FortConsult's values, which suit my temperament very well as they provide a good balance between being busy and enjoying a good working climate. |
|
| |
| The security area is growing and developing all the time, so there are always plenty of technical challenges to keep you occupied. Not a week goes by in which I don't learn a couple of new things, even though I have been in the network and security business for some 15 years, the last five of which have been as an IT security consultant at FortConsult. |
|
| |
| We have flexible working hours and plenty of scope to work from home so I don't have any major problems getting my working life to harmonise with having a family with small children." |

| Focus on quality gives respect |
| "FortConsult is a place of work that is very unlike any other place I have worked at before. It manages to combine an ambitious yet relaxed environment where there is sufficient scope to develop new services and working methods without compromising quality in the day-to-day work. |
|
| |
| Our ever-present goal of being better, more adept and faster than the entire hacker world in order to give our customers full value for money makes it highly motivating to have the responsibility for sales. It gives respect and good relations with customers and strengthens the sense of community between colleagues. |
|
| |
| My colleagues are very different types of people and this results in a good atmosphere where the common denominator is that we don't conceal our opinions, are helpful to each other and have a considerable amount of professional pride. Everyone understands that quality and customer satisfaction are the keys to success. |
|
| |
| At times we have to work really hard, but it's fun because we're all pulling in the same direction, whilst treating each other with respect and taking each other's well-being into account. The management understands that the family has high priority and a 37,5-hour working week is something to be strived for - and sees it as a requirement that the employees are "complete" individuals. The fact that I sometimes work longer hours is my own personal choice and stems from the fact that I like an extra challenge. |
|
| |
| The biggest challenge associated with being a company with a good name and many possibilities is making the right choices. In my opinion FortConsult has the courage to realise its dreams and great potential to achieve even more success. This makes it an exciting company to be part of - not least because you have the chance to influence the direction in which the company is developing." |

| Good psychological working environment |
| "I am very happy with my job and my colleagues, even though most of us are very busy and I sometimes have to deal with tasks for which I am overqualified. My work is very independent and as FortConsult continues to grow, new tasks are always popping up, whilst my area of responsibility continues to develop on an ongoing basis. |
|
| |
| It is both challenging and exciting to work at FortConsult because the employees here have the chance to have an impact on the development of the company, amongst other things by exerting an influence on which new employees are taken on. |
|
| |
| My colleagues are very competent and helpful, and we are very different. This helps to create an exciting social environment where we can have fun in our daily routines. Furthermore, because we also meet outside normal working hours, we get to know each other in a different way, which I see as an extra benefit. |
|
| |
| There is a great deal of freedom for the employees at FortConsult. This means that we are responsible for planning our work and completing our assignments ourselves. We are also able to talk openly about things. The management, for example, is very receptive to criticism and proposals for improvements. All in all, it's a really good psychological working environment without insidious gossip, and there is good, direct communication between the people working here." |
