Stig Hølledig (chairman of the board)
Stig Hølledig is a Business Angel and has invested in young IT enterprises, including the Navision house Datapro and the content management business Sitecore. At the same time, he is the owner of Næsseslottet - an exclusive 1650 square metre office hotel situated near Furesøen.

In addition, Stig Hølledig is the chairman of the board at the IT enterprise Scott/tiger, which he founded along with two former colleagues in 2003.

Stig Hølledig has a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalborg University. He founded the Oracle consultancy business TPI in 1985, the IT consulting firm Sybase Consulting in 1992 and the IT consulting firm SapTech in 1994. Four years later, in 1998, he merged these three companies and continued as managing director for the new company, which was christened Corebit. When Corebit was sold to the Swedish Icon Medialab in 2000, Corebit had become the largest independent Danish-owned consulting house with around 250 employees in five countries.
 
Carsten Gomard
Since the year 2000 Carsten Gomard has been a partner and managing director in the Danish IT consulting house Netcompany, which within a period of just eight years has grown to employ some 145 staff.

Netcompany has on several occasions been selected by the business newspaper Børsen and IT magazine Computerworld as one of Denmark′s most successful IT enterprises. In 2006 the consulting house achieved a turnover of 127 million Danish kroner and pre-tax profits of 33 million Danish kroner. In the same year the private equity fund Axcel purchased 60 percent of the shares for a price running into hundreds of millions of Danish kroner.

Carsten Gomard has an M.Sc. in computer science and mathematics and has a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Copenhagen. Before he was employed at Netcompany, Carsten held positions at Accenture and A.T. Kearney Strategic Consulting.
 
Allan J. Vestergaard
Allan J. Vestergaard has specialised in leading businesses through a turn-around. He is currently the managing director of the high-tech firm Reson, which made a loss of 50 million Danish kroner in 2006 and was bought up by the private equity fund LD Equity. Reson is Allan Vestergaard′s seventh enterprise in which he has been appointed to head up a turn-around.

Allan Vestergaard′s most recent position was at NetTest, where he turned a loss of DKK 4.8 billion in 2002 into a profit of DKK 50 million in 2003. Allan left NetTest in 2005 after securing the sale of the company to the Japanese Anritsu Corporation.

Allan Vestergaard has an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration in organisation and a B.Com. in international trade. He also has a Ph.D. in organisation from the Aarhus School of Business.
